Formed in 1955, The Slavik Company (TSC) continues its focus on providing high-quality, affordable housing throughout Metropolitan Detroit and beyond.

Since the early 1960s, TSC has developed almost 3,000 subsidized senior apartments and 2,000 low-income or mixed-income multi-family rental units, including the construction of over 300 public housing units. Under the direction of its second generation President, TSC has maintained its commitment to providing housing for the most vulnerable of our citizens.

Stephan F. Slavik

President

Stephan has over 50 years of experience in all phases of land planning, product design, estimating, and site construction in single-family, multiple-family, and commercial design/build developments. Mr. Slavik oversees the planning and design of the construction work on behalf of the General Contractor, as well as providing valuable input on the scope of work and value engineering.

Eric has the primary responsibility for coordinating and directing the efforts of the architect, civil engineer, environmental, and other consultants, the general contractor, as well as other key members of the development team. Mr. Gold and Mr. Frasco are also responsible for preparing, submitting, and revising development Sources and Uses of Funds, an analysis of supportable debt, and completing applications for low-income housing tax credits and other funding sources. They also share responsibility for coordinating completion of the RAD Financing Plans and RAD Closings.
