Premier Property Management (PPM) is a Detroit area-based property management and consulting firm formed by Robert Beale in 1999.
Mr. Beale has 30 years of experience managing a broad array of multi-family housing developments, including the reformation of distressed subsidized housing; marketing and management of conventional housing; administration of compliance requirements for Low-Income Housing Tax Credit units; management of service-based elderly housing; and supervision of socially-oriented, publicly-owned housing developments.
Robert is primarily responsible for analyzing current operations and performance, creating operating pro-formas, and evaluating the advantages/disadvantages of converting specific communities using RAD versus Section 18 demolition/disposition, as well as determining whether using PBRA or PBV is most beneficial to the PHA. Where a RAD Conversion is pursued, Mr. Beale is responsible for preparing the RAD applications and assists in the coordination of the RAD Financing Plan and RAD closing.
Ryan joined PPM in 2007 and is responsible for the effective planning, directing, and overseeing all operational activities of the company including compliance, resident service, marketing, leasing, procurement, human resources, and information technology. He is integrally involved with development activities which include RAD, LIHTC, and new construction developments.
Chief Financial Officer
Jason joined PPM in 2010 as the Chief Financial Officer and heads the Accounting and Finance Department at Premier, where he has been integrally involved in all functions of the acquisition, development, and property management of the Company’s affordable and conventional portfolio.
