RAD Conversion Specialists, LLC (RCS) is a joint venture formed in 2013 between Premier Property Management, LLC and The Slavik Company and we offer flexibility to each of our projects – from RAD Conversion advice/consulting to full redevelopment services.
Services
Depending on the strengths and desires of each PHA we work with, services can range from limited staff support to providing full services, including property management and compliance oversight, general contracting services, as well as bringing in proven third-party architecture, engineering, environmental, and testing services as members of our Team.
Property Management
While we do not advocate PHAs giving up management of their communities, Premier Property Management is able and willing to provide full property management services, if desired. Through an approved Compliance Agreement, Premier could also limit its services to LIHTC compliance oversight and training for PHA staff.
General Contracting
Slavik Building and Development, LLC (SBD) utilizes over 50 years of construction experience of its Founder and President, Stephan F. Slavik, to provide seamless construction management services to every project it completes. SBD has extensive experience with multi-family construction, including family rental, senior apartments, and nursing homes.
